Client/Company: G3 Solar, a fast-growing solar energy provider seeking to expand their brand family, engage sales reps, and unify internal and external brand assets.

The Challenge: G3 Solar needed to create new sub-brands under its parent brand while maintaining visual cohesion. Internally, their sales and marketing materials were fragmented, and the mobile app lacked brand consistency. There was no centralized creative system, and the company needed someone to lead both the creative strategy and execution.
My Role:
As Creative Marketing Director, I owned:
- Brand identity development for new business units
- Sales enablement design (print, apparel, digital)
- Creative systems for internal tools and app experience
- Art direction for content and cross-platform visuals
What I Did:
1. Built a Multi-Brand Architecture
Created brand identities for 3 sub-companies: Future, Citron, and Solar Butler
Defined color palettes, logos, type systems, and messaging pillars
Ensured brand cohesion while giving each identity distinct positioning
2. Unified Visual Language Across Channels
Redesigned the internal mobile app UX/UI interface to align with the new visual system
Produced branded digital and print collateral for sales retreats, contests, and trainings
Led quarterly design for custom apparel to drive team engagement
3. Scaled Creative Ops
Built a modular design system for internal and external creative assets
Integrated branding into sales tools, presentations, and advertising
Supported ongoing content development for marketing and recruitment

Results:
Successfully launched 3 new branded divisions under the G3 umbrella
Boosted sales team engagement and consistency through branded tools and experiences
Improved internal app UX and aesthetics, aligning the tech stack with brand values
Created a repeatable visual system to scale future campaigns and products
